Arduino matched filter hardware
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want someone to build and deliver a working matched filter sender and receiver using arduino prototype hardware+code similar to this:

It is fine if this instructable is followed exactly but it needs to work 100%.
There is also something similar open source from Ardumower, but I just want to minimal code without everything else. After I receive the working hardware and code that I can verify works OK, I will send payment.
