Arduino library class for simple LED

Write up a class for LED that provides basic functions like on/off, blink, fade, pwm. The code must be non-blocking and work on Arduino. For example, I will call LED.fade(on,3sec, pwm 75%). I will provide class template and list of required functions. This should be a very quick job if you have the right skills. This will lead to many more similar jobs.
