Arduino keypad -- 2

I need code, the code has 4 combinations and an LEDdisplay which is ok when the correct 4 digit number is entered I want to turn on 1 LED and I want it to stay on, when the 2nd correct number is entered I want another LED to light and stay on the same with 3 & 4, then I need a code to reset it too, the LED's can be turned on with a relay if you need,
