Arduino gauge and circuit board design

I would like someone to design an arduino product that measures boost and temp as the inputs.
The arduino will be the Arduino micro.
1 screen: 1.28" tft screens with a GC9A01 IC.
Pressure transducer as boost input: Component number NBPDANN150PGUNV (unless similar ported pressure transducer is available).

Custom PCB will need to be made to put onto the arduino to house components needed for sensors to work as well as a 12v input to power arduino and sensors. Screen will be mounted remotely so will only need header style pins.
When ardunio boots up it displays logo on screen for 5 seconds.
Display will only read out numbers.
Top line PSI.
Bottom line temp.
Whole numbers only.
Values would be 0-50PSI and 0-999 temp in degrees c.
Black background with white text.
Custom value set at certain temp and psi that will flash when reached.
When flashing the background will turn red and the text black. This will flash until values drop before setting. It will flash between black background, white writing and red background black writing.
