Arduino expert

I'm looking for an experienced Arduino expert for a long-term project. My project involves developing and customizing software for an Arduino board. I do not need assistance with the setup process as I am comfortable managing it on my own. I am looking for an individual who has experience working in Arduino software development and is familiar with Arduino coding and its related components. The ideal candidate should have expertise in electronic engineering and be able to operate Arduino boards and utilize embedded systems. Additionally, they should be comfortable with problem-solving, debugging and making modifications. The successful candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of Arduino techniques and have an ability to design circuit layouts. An understanding of C++, Python, and Java language is an added benefit. The individual should have the capability to work independently and be flexible enough to accommodate any potential changes down the line. The chosen applicant must have excellent communication and collaboration skills as they must be able to communicate with me directly as well as provide frequent updates. This is a long-term project, so the applicant must be willing to see it through to the end.

We are looking for a arduino coder who has basic understanding of electronics as well to help us with our project. Overall what we want is to give voltage and measure the corressponding current.
Further, you need to write functions to increase this voltage in steps. The output current needs to be recorded and then sent to python. We might need further assisstance as well as we progress through the project.
Additionally, if it goes well, we will give you work for our other projects as well.
