Arduino environment programming project

I'm trying to find someone to handle a relatively simple Arduino project. It's actually a Teensy 4.1 but it uses the Arduino IDE for programming. Anyway, I've created a device that's pretty much a general purpose IO controller, meaning it's capable of doing quite a bit more than is necessary for this initial application I have for it. I made an example program just to figure out what libs I can get working and setup the pin assignments, I2C addresses, etc but that's about the extent of what I can do with the software. Ideally the program would be more or less like a template for this device with the application portion of the code be somewhat interchangeable to have it do something else down the line. This particular application is rather simple. I made a quick video sort of explaining what I need to do and I'll attach the example code I've worked up. Let me know if you're interested. thanks
