Arduino coding

I'm looking for a freelancer to generate combined coding of alcohol, pulse, GPS and proximity sensor for an Arduino Uno board. The desired outcome will be a system that can track all the components stated: alcohol levels, pulse rate, and GPS location. I have specific sensors in mind and what I'm ultimately looking for is a system that can both display the data in real-time and also log it into a file. This project is important to me so I'm looking for someone with the experience and knowledge to complete it effectively.
