Arduino code from Scratch

I am looking for an Arduino coder and someone who has basic understanding of electronics to complete a project for me. I have an electronic circuit and I have lost the arduino code running on it. So, I need you to write the full code for it from scratch.

Additionally, if it goes well, we will give you work for our other projects as well.
