Arduino code for halloween

I am looking for a programmer who can add new code to my existing Arduino code for a simple LED lighting project. The new code needs to have specific on/off timer control functionality, which will be added to my existing code (a state machine with about four states). I would do this myself, but I am a novice and don't have the time needed to finish this. If you are interested, please contact me as soon as possible.
