Arduino code

I need someone to write a Arduino code for my ESP8266 to measure voltage, current. It should display this information on the an iOt platform. The voltage range is 200VDC - 410VDC and I will use a voltage divider method for reading the voltage. Also I will use a 500A shunt resistor to measure current. Finally will need to to display State of charge of the battery on the IOT platform and control a relay based on voltage or State of charge of the battery.
