Arduino based alexa voice work with fauxmo library based code

I am looking for help creating an Arduino project which is controlled by Amazon Alexa voice commands via the fauxmo library. This is a deployment-ready device and does not require any other hardware components, nor will it need data storage of any kind. In short, I need assistance creating an Arduino-based device that is controllable by Alexa.using fauxmo library where I need to change values and state in alexa app without voice command as state change is happening th voice command presently.
