Arduino Weight and Temperature Senor

I am wondering if any of you out there can help me with a project?
Brief:
We are looking to add a sensor unit to some recycling stations we are supply for a client of ours.
This sensor unit will need to be able to sense if the weight of the recycling buckets goes over 25kg and sense if the temperature rises above 80 degrees Celsius.
If these sensors reach their limit the system will need to send and email alert to an admin email address to inspect the recycling bins.
Scope of works:
• Design Arduino hardware system with 4x weight sensors and 1x temperature sensor.
• Provide schematic and parts list for hardware system.
• Create software program to detect weight and temperature goals.
• Weight sensor to send email every time weight sensor reaches 25kg.
• Temperature sensor to send email every time temperature sensor reaches 80°C.
• Provide detail instructions on how to assemble and upload program to units.
