Arduino System Development

I'm looking for an experienced Arduino developer to create a system that can perform tasks concurrently.

The system should be able to:
- LED light
- Control motors
- Communicate wirelessly, including Bluetooth to adjust the motor speed and collect the number of cycles.
- Control an LED display

Additionally, I want some aspects of the system to be user-adjustable, specifically speed.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Arduino hardware and software
- Experience with motor control and sensor integration
- Knowledge of wireless communication protocols, especially Bluetooth
- Ability to design user-adjustable parameters
- PCB design and calculations regarding supply of power to design a stand alone application.
