Arduino Sketch Modification

I am looking for a skilled Arduino developer to modify an existing Arduino sketch by adding new features.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Arduino programming
- Strong understanding of coding and debugging
- Ability to work with existing code and make modifications
- Attention to detail to ensure the new features are implemented correctly
The client has specific instructions for the new features they want to add, so clear communication and the ability to follow instructions are important.
The project should be completed within 2 weeks, so the freelancer should be able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Features to be added are the following:
- Create a test sequence when the test function is running. This should consist of Red, Green, Blue White Chase through all LED's looped.
- Create a auto mode sequence in the main menu. This should allow the user to choose a colour (Red, Green, Blue or white) and a speed for the pixels to fade on and off.
- Check through current code as buttons seem to lag.
- Welcome text on start-up on the LCD Screen
