I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to help me with a simple Arduino breadboard prototyping project. The system will dynamically administer electrical currents (1-3mA) to gel electrodes (used for neurostimulation) from an external battery.

Key Project Features:
- Control System: The Arduino will be programmed to operate automatically. The programmer will need to have experience with developing efficient and reliable automated programs.
