Arduino Project - RPLIDAR A2M12 and NICLA SENSE Me

This is an arduino project for the RPLIDAR A2M12 Sensor, the NICLA SENSE ME and a Light Sensitive Detector.
The project is a 360 alarm system. A full brief will be provided but the short brief is that after the alarm has been turned on the RPLIDAR needs to look for movement - not for static objects. Once movement is detected the Alarm should sound.
