Arduino Programming

I have a device which is in need of automation. The device is a fan and light which need to be switched on when the air quality is low and switched off when the air quality is high.
The device needs to have a display showing Name, temperature, air quality and humidity. These measurements must then be sent periodically to a database for weekly/monthly reports.
