Arduino Programmer for Prototype Development
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I have 3 different temperature/humidity combination sensors selected, a TI, Adafruit, and honeywell. there does appear to be libraries and information for them, and from first glance, appear "straight forward" using I2C, maybe SPI or, there may be a 1-wire option.
Distance will be an issue, plan on testing with distance limit and I2C. there will be two strings of these, approx 7-10 per string. there will be at least 4 CO2 detector sensors, with a library, 3 DI's and 1 true analog.
This information needs to sit in modbus registers and wait for a plc to poll that information.
The ethernet port needs to be accessable or send mac address and allow IP to be changed without program change on a secure network.
No local displays attached.
Long term plan is to implement this on an A/D plc and GPIO module, not an OPTA because i cant find any documentation that it supports GPIO unless you have experience with them and it will support the above protocals.
I would expect a kick off meeting, realistic timelines, progress report, timeline for completion, etc. Once design built and implemented, there may need a few update tweeks, but should not be any real time suck. I am easy to work with, straight forward, easy to contact, every expectation of a low stress quick in quick out little project. Thank you for taking the time to read and consider.
I am not a microprocessor programmer, other than some light ATMEL back in 2007, so I will rely on your expertise in terms of simple clean code. I will certainly listen to suggestions to improve, because I know i am not the expert in this field, that said, propriatary code not acceptable.
