Arduino and Playground Express

I need to push some arduino data to a cloud provider so I can access the data remotely, using specific pieces of hardware, which are:

1 x Arduino Metro (If I even need it, Playgound might be able to work alone)
1 x Adafruit Playground Express
1 x Adafruit FONA 808

I would like the following data pushed to the cloud via the FONA:

GPS co-ordinates
Speed
Heading
Temperature
Light Sensor Data
Sound Sensor data
Motion Sensor

I have the hardware already, I need the code to be able to view this data in the cloud like ubidots or something similiar.
