Arduino NANO interface with MPU6050 (Accelerometer)

I want to turn ON the LED through Booster circuit and accelerometer. Accelerometer should sense the speed of 10meter/sec & it should wait for only 1 sec after sensing. After sensing the circuit gets the power& it should wait for switch to turn ON. Once the switch is ON it should activate the LED.
