Arduino Mega Bluetooth & GSM Integration

I need an experienced programmer to help me with an Arduino project. I have an Arduino Mega which I want to connect to a device using a Lyra S Bluetooth chip. This device has an Android app that assists in the connection process.
Here's the rough flow of the project:
- Using the Arduino, connect to the device via the Lyra S Bluetooth.
- Read and save data from this device, which will be in the form of text commands.
- When I send a text message to the SIM800 GSM module, it should send the saved data to a specified phone number.
- This process will occur multiple times a day.
If the Arduino Mega isn't suitable for this project, I am open to purchasing recommended hardware.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
