Arduino+JDY-10M=>OTA

I'm using Arduino(nano/uno/mega) conneted with JDY-10M bluetooth. i want have a upper computer software based on win10 system which is going to OTA firmware on Arduino. Due to the JDY-10M is mesh connection, so the right Arduino could be select is available.
