Arduino IDE Project Feature Add

Hi, We have a stable Arudino IDE Project and we are looking for someone talented with hands on experiance with Spiffs, Task is to make a small part of code ready from a config file stored on Spiffs.

at present that part of config is static in the code, which further is required to be read from Spiffs making it possible to change config via command upload to config file.
