Arduino IDE Gate Driver square wave

Arduino IDE unique Gate Driver needed with two outputs, similar to an hbridge output. The output is basically a gated oscillator. What is needed is Variable Frequency 4-500 khz, Variable Pulse Width 5%-100%, Variable delay in between pulses (Gating) and Variable amount of main frequency pulses (Window). 4 settings to be adjustable by potentiometers with a simple hand drawn pinout diagram of where they go. Need a on/off switch to turn off gating/window so that it is just a variable fequency variable pulse width typical driver. Please see pic for example of what is needed. Must be on an Arduino board. If it is an STM32 then I will need help setting up and getting this to work. No work will be given to ANYONE outside of the US as I have dealt with many unprofessional cheats. If you are in the US you will need to speak English very well I will not deal with any more foreign liars.
