Job ID: 39357575

Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR

Project Title:
GSM-Based Automatic Plant Watering System

Project Description:
This project aims to design and develop a GSM-based Automatic Plant Watering System that can intelligently water plants based on soil moisture levels and can also be manually controlled using a mobile phone. The system uses a Soil Moisture Sensor to detect the dryness of the soil and automatically turns on the water pump when necessary. Additionally, it features a GSM module (e.g., SIM800L), allowing the user to control the pump remotely via a simple missed call or SMS command.

The main goal is to ensure optimal watering, reduce water wastage, and help users maintain plants efficiently, even in their absence. The system is especially useful for farmers, gardeners, and people who travel frequently.

This project is cost-effective, energy-efficient, and scalable. It can be powered by a solar panel for sustainable operation and extended to monitor temperature, water level, and weather conditions for smarter irrigation.

Key Features:
Automatic watering based on soil moisture level

Manual control via GSM (mobile phone)

Low-cost and easy to install

Suitable for home gardens, farms, and greenhouses
