Arduino and Flysky FS-i6

I am looking for a freelancer who can program and create for me something similar with bellow info:

Using remote control FlySky fs-i6 control one fishing bait boat.

- code for remote control as described in the attachment
- code for arduino
- pcb design similar with pictures attached.
- compatibility with 2 different types of esc ( brush or brushless in the same time)
