Arduino Engineer Wanted for IoT Project

I'm looking for an experienced Arduino engineer for a home office automation IoT project. Communication between the devices should be enabled through Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth. However, I need help choosing the correct hardware and components that will make up the system. An ideal engineer needs to be experienced with Arduino and have a good understanding of the different communication protocols so that they can help to pick the right hardware. The goal is to create a system that turns a fan & LED Lights on when a twitter notification (like /retweet) is received.
