Arduino Engineer

- I'd like to measure and record the amount of weight change when liquid is added or removed from a small container. I'd then like to have neopixel LEDs to indicate when the liquid reaches specific levels (i.e. 8oz, 16 oz, etc.).
- Simultaneously, I'd like an LED timer, with the same neopixel, pulse every 60 minutes.
- Need a PCB layout that uses the least amount of space
