Arduino and ESP32 expert to write some basic test codes

I have a board, i need someone to build some codes to test the functionality of the boards. Its pretty simple, will share the schematic so one can refer the pinout. I just need some basic codes well written and editable so i can test the board well.
Budget is fixed to 600 INR maximum, since it's fairly simple task.
