Arduino/ESP32: checking the availability of motor current 150kw
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Components:
1. The 3 phase industrial motor, max power 150KW (not Watt, KiloWatt) = 150 000 Watt
2. Arduino with Wifi or Ethernet shield/ESP32 with wifi or ethernet
3. Measuring current sensors (???) need to make research.
Main target:
Get graphic on simple Website of surge current (to detect state: motor start, motor not working, motor on load, motor idling)
What you need to do:
- sensors research (industrial sensors preffered / or make handmade sensor schema using local wire measurements)
- make primitive connection schema using controller Arduino/ESP32 (system must collect data without internet/wifi access too)
- write code with post/get requests on controller side (distrib with comments)
- write simple site with mysql database, and js/jquery graphic output using simple web hosting (option)
