Arduino / ESP32 build

Job ID: 39259180

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Upwork Description:
We're looking to build 5 fairly simple tech puzzles. All the puzzles will typically have light or audio or maglok release output with inputs being similarly plain as in pushing a button, waving hand over capacitor, audio input or similar.

Optional: If you are comfortable assembling the finished arduino into the actual puzzle prop, please let us know and we would provide that too

We will provide all Arduino code, Fritzing diagram and detailed video explanation going over both.

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented maker, builder,
or tech hobbyist to assemble and ship the completed Arduino boards and components to us by April 10.

What You’ll Do
Assemble a fully functional completed board and wiring with enough slack for us to place into props we have on site based on a provided Fritzing diagram and Arduino code.

We will provide all Arduino code and Fritzing Diagrams that are needed. We will provide a descriptive video reviewing the code and Fritzing Diagram layout. There may be some minor modifications. For example, the code may spec 8 inputs and we only want 6. Or output detail a maglok release and we want a light output.

Install and wire up electronics (buttons, LEDs, speakers, microcontroller, etc.) according to provided documentation.

Test the puzzle for correct functionality and reset behavior.

Package and ship the finished product to us by April 10, ready for plug-and-play installation in the room.

What We’ll Provide
Arduino code and Fritzing wiring diagram.

Clear assembly notes and aesthetic guidelines.

Optional: List of all required materials and components (you may source or we can drop ship direct to you).

Ongoing support if you need clarification during the build.

What You’ll Need
Experience assembling interactive tech props, Arduino projects, or tech puzzles.

Comfort working with speakers, buttons, LEDs, and basic wiring.

Ability to source or receive and use materials per spec.

Access to tools for light fabrication (e.g., soldering iron, drill, glue.

Commitment to the hard deadline (April 10 ship date is non-negotiable).

Deliverables
Fully functional Puzzles that can be placed into props that we have.

Clearly labeled ports for power and maintenance.

Optional: brief video showing successful operation before shipping.

Tracking number and safe packaging for shipping.

Please confirm that you can meet the April 10 shipping deadline.
