Arduino ESP-WROOM-32 Dashboard Warning Light Blinker

I'm seeking an Arduino developer who can provide me with a simple code for the 'ESP-WROOM-32' board. My project requires configuring the Arduino to produce a specific light blinking pattern. The trigger for this action will be a warning light in my dashboard.
Details:
- The ESP-WROOM-32 board is my Arduino of choice. It should be programmed to perceive the status of my dashboard’s warning light.
- Once the Arduino detects that the warning light is on, it must signal for another light to blink.
- I prefer the blinking pattern to constitute 5 blinks, followed by going out.
-I can power the board from a 9v battery if using the voltage from the car is too dicey. I don't mind if the battery runs out quick
- Final output should be a detailed project scheme, the respective Arduino code for this light blink setup, and instructions on how to assemble
