I'm in search of a freelance developer capable of creating software to manage Growatt inverters through an Arduino or ESP32 platform. We possess the comprehensive MODBUS documentation from Growatt and aim to design a straightforward web interface, directly hosted on the Arduino or ESP32. This will connect to a government-supplied API that updates electricity prices on an hourly basis. The objective is for the inverter to initiate battery charging when electricity prices are low, thereby optimizing household electricity costs by charging the battery storage system at the most economical rates.

Requirements:
- The project is for an existing business, so experience in working with industrial automation systems is preferred.
- Only software development is required, no hardware integration.
- The documentation level required is standard.
