Arduino & ESP32 Board Verification
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have working schematic and layout files for two open-source inspired products—an Arduino-compatible board in the UNO form factor and an ESP32 DevKit style module. Before releasing them to U.S. customers, I need a seasoned hardware engineer to give the designs a rigorous once-over focused first and foremost on high reliability, while still keeping manufacturing cost low and leaving the door open for future certification work.
Here’s what I expect:
• Detailed design review that pinpoints electrical, thermal, and EMC weak points, plus concrete improvement suggestions.
• Bill of Materials audit with corrected part numbers, current supplier links, and drop-in alternatives for any components at risk of shortage or EOL.
• Clean, production-ready deliverables—schematics, updated PCB layouts, Gerber/ODB++, pick-and-place files, and assembly drawings—generated in the same CAD tool you edit in (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or equivalent).
• A concise engineering report explaining every change, trade-off, and test you performed so I can hand the package straight to a contract manufacturer without further questions.
If you’ve shepherded similar Arduino or ESP32 boards into volume production and can turn around tight, well-documented design files, I’d love to collaborate with you.
