Arduino-Controlled Electromagnetic Locking Actuators Design

I'm looking for an expert in Arduino (or similar) and electromagnetic systems to help design and implement actuators for security cabinets. The key requirements for the project include:
- **Functionality**: The electromagnetic actuators should be capable of locking and unlocking the cabinets. Cabinets should fail open.
- **Control System**: The actuators will be controlled via a check in/out kiosk that will send signals for which cabinet to open.
Ideal candidates for this project should possess skills and experience in Arduino (or equivalent microcontroller) programming, electromagnetic systems design, and interactive control systems integration. A background in designing security systems will be highly advantageous. Please be prepared to demonstrate previous relevant work.
