Arduino Code for Brushed DC Motors

I'm looking for a skilled programmer who can write code for an Arduino board to control multiple brushed DC motors for an upcoming trade show.
Key Requirements:
- The motors should all run at the same speed. motors are connected by a wire harness to the main power source which is 24 volt DC
- Speed control is imperative, as the motors need to be adjusted according to a preset sequence.
