I need a skilled freelancer to develop Arduino code for controlling the TEF6686 IC and an accompanying Android app that interfaces with an Arduino Nano via USB.
The Arduino code needs to control the TEF6686 IC for FM tuning and RDS data, as well as handling volume and seek functionality, and monitoring signal strength. Also, it needs to ensure smooth USB communication with the Android app.
The Android app should have a simple, intuitive, and user-friendly interface with features including:
- Frequency display
- Tuning controls

- Volume/seek controls
