Arduino Code Debugging for Renesas Microcontroller

My firmware and Arduino code are failing to write data to the DFlash (EEPROM) of the Renesas V850ES/Fx3-N microcontroller via CAN bus. After reviewing and debugging the code, I believe the issue lies in the error handling mechanisms. I need a developer to test and fix my code so that we can successfully write data to the DFlash.
