Arduino QR Code Access Control Reader

I'm looking for a professional who can develop an Arduino-based QR code reader for waist-high turnstiles. This indoor device will primarily be used for access control.

We want to develop an application for installation at supermarket self-checkouts using QR CODE and TURNSTILES, which will execute to control customer exits once they have successfully completed their payment at the self-checkouts as follows:

A turnstile system that will control supermarket exits using QR codes from receipts issued after payment.

A mini PC or Arduino that will locally run the application, read the QR codes via USB, and control the turnstile through dry contacts.

The application will run locally at each supermarket, where one or more turnstile exit gates will be available. This application will communicate with the central invoicing system, which will send a QR code that must be active for a specific period, allowing the customer to pass through the turnstile.

The initial QR code (which will open the gate for the first time) will be sent to the gate from an "external" system OR any "first" QR code will be treated as valid (and after its first use, it will be registered as "invalid").

The initial QR code will include information such as date, time, and store location, which cannot be reused. Once the receipt is used, it is "burned."

There must be a time limit after every QR code reading, after which it will expire if not used.

Exceptions will exist only for employee cards, which will allow staff to pass through the gate by scanning their card.

It is also desirable to have centralized management at the gate level, store level, and across all stores.
