Arduino CNC Pendant Modification

I need an Arduino sketch for a CNC control pendant modified to work with Openbuilds software instead of JSCNC.

Essential Functions:
- Jogging the CNC machine
- Setting zero positions

Additional Functions:
- Macro execution
- Emergency stop

Preferred Control:
- Rotary encoder

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Arduino programming
