Arduino Bluetooth LE Long Range
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have small data packets (5 characteristics) to send from multiple devices to a central receiver over a long distance. I am interested in testing this with the BLE Long range available in the Nordic NRF52840 chip on the Arduino Nano 33 BLE (I have 2 of these boards now). Sending serial data from one device (peripheral) to the other (central) over Bluetooth. Distance must be maximized with Coded PHY at 125 kbps as well as transmit power maximized. Success will be measured in distance and reliability.
Programming through the Arduino IDE is desired.
It is desirable if this code can be transported to something like the Adafruit ItsyBitsy nRF52840 Express - Bluetooth LE afterwards.
