Arduino-Based Push Button Winch Control

I need a well-structured Arduino code and a comprehensive list of materials for creating push button controls for my electric winch. The controls should be wired and enable me to stop and start the winch at will. The winch will run off 12 volts that's going to be stepped down from 110 volts. Components will need to be able to handle high amperage due to load. Magnetic limit switch sensors will need to be used to define limits of up and down. PDF specs of winch are attached.
