Arduino-Based Dyno Windows Application

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Windows application for an Arduino-based dynamometer (dyno). This tool will primarily measure the power output of small engines, such as those found in go-karts or lawnmowers.

The objective of this project is to create a Windows App, capable of reading and displaying the output of all the Arduino Dyno hardware sensors. Also display HP based on HP = Torque X RPM/5252 (Torque=weight). The APP layout should be clean looking and well laid out.
1. Create realtime display
2. A start button is required to begin the App reading and outputting the data.
3. App will run between 2-30 seconds. User defined.
4. Output all sensor data and HP calculations to a text file.
5. Test 100%.
