Arduino Android head unit

I have an audio project I am planning on my vehicle, but I have ran into a problem with my design.
I have a android head unit 13.3 inch that rotates by a capacitive button.
I am going to install it in my vehicles dash.
Here is what I wan t. In portrait mode i want the screen to be flush with the dash bezel. When I touch/push the rotate button I want the the screen to move forward away from dash and rotate. This would aslo need to work in reverse.
I can do all the fabrication necessary for it to work.
I need a arduino or similar programmed.
