Android App for Arduino Audio Output

For my project, I'm looking for a skilled Android app developer who can build an app which can be integrated with an Arduino board for audio output purposes. Below are more specific details about the project:
- The app is to interact with Arduino in a way that it will produce an audio output generated in Arduino using a colour sensor.
- Understand how mux/demux, op-amp, and analog to digital converters work in the context of an Arduino board.
Skillset:
- Foundational understanding of Arduino is a must.
- Familiarity with Interface Android with Arduino would be preferable.
