Air ride controller

im need a mobile phone app to control a arduino based controller that controls air suspension on a motorcycle. it will connect via bluetooth to arduino. it needs send serial commands for UP, DOWN, AUTO UP, AUTO DOWN(eg, w,x,y,z). Also needs a settings page that can retrieve timer settings and send new timer settings back to controller. Settings are UP DELAY, UP TIME, DOWN DELAY, DOWN TIME, AUTO POWER OFF TIME.
