Add a graph and tempeture setter on my Arduino project.

I have a small Arduino ESP8266 project, it’s monitoring a temperature sensor and switching on and off a relay.
I have a small webpage that displays the current temperature and relay status.

I would like on the webpage
1) a way to set the hi and low temperatures.
2) A graph showing how long the relay is on and off for.
3) text showing the average on and off time of the relay.

The project is in PlatformIO in VS Code.
