Add function to existing Arduino program

Add a pin and link to activity that will time out the new pin if there is no activity. Program turns an LED on and off to indicate activity on a pin presently. Would like to add a timer linked to that pin. The new pin would come on high with the power coming on and if there is no activity on the existing pin after a time, turn the pin off.
