ASCOM Driver for Arduino Dome Control
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a dedicated professional to develop an ASCOM driver that is compatible with Windows operating system. This driver will be utilized to control an Arduino Shield - Dome Control + Shutter Doors. This project will be based on the Arduino Uno configuration.
The final bit that controls the two devices is already wqorking. What I need is to modify the attached SLN file so we can call the Open/Close Dome and Use the Azimuth data from the Ascom Driver to slave the Dome with the Telescope.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong experience in ASCOM driver development
- Visual Studio Programmer
- Proficient with Windows OS
- Hands-on experience with Arduino Uno
- Familiarity with telescope systems, especially Alt-Azimuth telescope mounts
