Need a device based on ESP32 that can ping about 64 devices in LAN by IP and if some device stop responding- send email or sms or other else actopn n- all this need to be done by Arduino IDE The list of ip that need to ping- must be stored in SD ( or SPIFFS txt file if use esp32)
